New Mangusta 165 E sold

Overmarine Group has announced the sale on the European market of a Mangusta 165 E – a 50-metre model in the Maxi Open line, and a true style icon boasting top performances.

“This important achievement stems from our brand’s strong credibility and the sound, tangible quality of our products, but also from the successful work of a close-knit team capable of shaping our Owners’ dreams” comments Overmarine Group’s France Area Manager Ivan Adzic.

And indeed, behind this sale stand both a highly successful product – currently an undisputed reference model in this market segment – as well as outstanding teamwork, with the Mangusta network working side by side with the Owner’s representative, Mrs. Dominique Gapillout, from l’Echo Nautique.

The Owner chose this model because it perfectly meets his needs and embodies values like beauty, functionality, and world-class engineering. With her iconic, timeless, slender profile that immediately captures the eye, this yacht smoothly cruises from one destination to the next, offering her guests and crew high-tech solutions that go hand in hand with unmatched onboard comfort.

Four Rolls Royce/MTU 16V 2000 M96L, 2660 HP each, push her to a maximum speed of over 37 knots, while her limited draught (only 1.90 metres, or 6’2”) make her ideal to cruise in shallow waters. Thanks to 4 Kamewa NP waterjets the “Mangusta 165 E” elegantly slides on the water, noiselessly and without the tiniest vibrations, and is particularly appreciated for her great versatility. 4 Seakeeper stabilizers ensure the utmost comfort both at anchor and when cruising, in all sea conditions and even at lower speeds, thereby maximising the yacht’s range while also optimising consumption. The joystick makes manoeuvring much easier, and the dynamic positioning function allows the yacht to maintain the selected position via the GPS.

As is the case with all Mangusta yachts, this one too can boast impressive onboard volumes, comfortable outdoor areas and a perfect balance between interiors and exteriors. Onboard the “Mangusta 165 E”, guests will find many private and convivial areas, both indoors and outdoors, and will be able to enjoy a holiday tailored to their needs and preferences.

This is the fourteenth vessel built in the Mangusta 165 line, unit number 5 in the “E” series.

The Group’s Style & Design Department is already working with the Owner to choose the yacht’s furniture, furnishings, and décor, which – just like the layout – will be fully customised to flawlessly reflect the Owner’s style and taste.

The Mangusta 165E is scheduled to be delivered in spring 2021.
