New Codecasa 65, M/Y Regina d’Italia, launched with a private ceremony

[dropcap]L[/dropcap]ast June Italian shipyard Codecasa celebrated, with a private launch ceremony, its latest creation, Codecasa 65, at the presence of the owner.

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he new build, Hull F74, is an elegant steel and alluminium yacht with wide and comfortable spaces developing on 5 decks. This new yacht is the result of the collabration between the technical departmen tof the yard and the Milanese architecture studio M2 Atelier, personally chosen by the owners.

Thanks to its generaous spaces, the yacht will allow owenrs and guests to maximize living space and comfort, both in the exterior and interior areas. Among the main features, the yacht is designed with a gym and a wide pool (5m x 2m) on the sundeck.

This Italian flagged yacht, with clean and rigorous lines, is officially owned by an Italian company in the leasing business and offers very high quality and technical standards.

It is built under Lloyd’s Register standards in order to get the highest class and to be built in compliance with “LY3 the Large Commercial Yacht Code” of the British Maritime and Coast Guard Agency (MCA) to get the “Letter of Compliance” as “Unrestricted Yacht”. This yacht has also registered with the highest class at RINA, the Italian Shipping Register.

This new yacht is equipped with 2 x Caterpillar 3516C (1825 kW / 2448 hp @ 1600 rpm) and will achieve max speed of 17 knots (light load) with a nautical range of 5000 miles at 12 knots.
