Princess Yachts has today revealed its most ambitious product film to date with a new video showing the brands six largest yachts, with a combined value of £60million, together on the water in perfect formation. The never-seen-before display was captured at the Princess Heads of Business conference in Limassol, Cyprus – a unique programme curated for the brands global network of distributors – which saw the yachts travel from all corners of the globe for the breathtaking production.
Featuring the Princess 40M, 35M and 30M from the M Class superyacht range and the 88, 82 and 75 from the Motor Yacht range, the emotive film involved the seamless cooperation of the Cypriot authorities, Limassol Marina and the charter division of Princess Yachts Cyprus. As well as this the six Captains of the privately owned yachts who had travelled from Lebanon, The Balearics, France and Greece, used their combined 120 years of experience to successfully manoeuvre the yachts, navigating sea conditions and intense restrictions from adjacent military sites, to produce one of the most impactful product films in the marine industry.
The video and images were captured by renowned marine photographer and videographer Quin Bisset over the course of several hours using state-of-the-art equipment and drones. Beginning at 3am at Limassol Marina the shoot captured impressive aerial footage that perfectly portrays the sheer size and sleek design of the six largest yachts from Princess.
Speaking about the film Princess Yachts’ Marketing Director Kiran Jay Haslam said,
“This was without doubt the largest undertaking Princess has ever made to create a single product film. While our finished video perfectly encapsulates the essence of Princess and our largest yachts, it is the understanding of the sheer skill and logistical preparation that went into it that makes it truly astounding. A huge thank you to the entire team at Limassol Marina and Princess Yachts Cyprus, the captains and crew, the yacht owners and of course the incredibly talented Quin Bisset”.
Traditionally recognised for their smaller yachts the new product film specifically showcases Princess’ larger superyachts and motor yachts, including the World Superyacht Award winning 35M and 40M models, with all six yachts featured set to appear at boat shows across the world in 2017.
