Stella di Mare brings CBI Navi back to the market

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t is with great pleasure that we have received the announcemet of this launch at CBI Navi today. CBI Navi, founded in 1984, joined the Viareggio-based FIPA GROUP in 2005. This new build will be present at the next Monaco Yacht Show.

“The launch of Stella di Mare, is a new step in the life of our shipyard, but at the same time it is not a point of arrival. We have recently closed contracts for new yachts to be delivered in 2019 and 2020. We are glad to deliver the yacht to our client and at the same time to have the chance to present it to the market. All these new developments are making us feel optimistic for the future” – said Mr Francesco Guidetti, CBI Navi Director.

CBI Navi shipyard has launched a 39.6m yacht named M/Y “Stella di Mare”.  Under the code name CBN45, she is a full custom explorer of 430GT designed and built for a European client, a family who will keep the boat only for their private use. That’s why the the yacht offers generous interior volumes, so explains the yard.

The exterior design has been developed by the Italian studio Hydro Tec, headed by Sergio Cutolo. She is designed according to a contemporary feeling but with a classical silhouette. Stella di Mare is a long range explorer vessel; the full displacement hull is entirely made in steel including the bulb; the cruising speed is of 10.5 kn with a range of 6.900 nm, as it was a specific request from the client that the boat was designed to cruise across the oceans.

Thanks to wide beam of 8.6mt, the interior spaces are adequate for a long permanence onboard and good liveability for her 12 guests, accomodated in 4 generous cabins on the lower deck.

The salon is furnished with a double “L” shaped sofa and is connected to the dining area. On board the focal point of this living area is concentrated towards a “custom” piece of art – a round-shape sailing chart – by Peter Bellerby & Co..

The interior design project is by Fossati Design Bureau, chosen expressively by the owner.

As to the external spaces, the flybridge is 85 sqm large, the upper foredeck is 74 sqm and the cockpit at main deck measures 56 sqm.
