Dilbar arrived in Gibraltar on February 8. Reportedly the yacht has been ordered by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov. With the exterior design by Espen Øino and interiors by Andrew Winch, Dilbar is the fourth largest yacht in the world by length and, as confirmed by Lürssen, the largest by gross tonnage, with a total interior volume of 15,917 gross tonnes.
